Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 for one pet and $100 for two or more pets, plus a resort pet fee of $90 per stay. An electric car charging station is available in the community. Please be aware that the property is located in Florida, where wildlife and pests are common. The property has regular pest control, but sightings may occur. A non-refundable fee of $250 will be charged for any signs of smoking in the apartment. Guests are responsible for leaving towels and linens in the apartment, or they will be charged for missing items. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty fee of $500. The apartment does not have private laundry facilities; guests must use the hotel laundry for a fee. Guests must provide an email for communication and check-in instructions. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
