I’m so happy we chose Evander Square as our new home when we relocated to Celebration. It’s been a great experience so far, a total change from our last rental nightmare. Staff is friendly and helpful, community feels like a neighborhood, it’s well maintained and the homes are spacious with really thoughtful touches throughout. Love how dog-friendly the community is as well! Thanks to Ali and all the great staff who make Evander Square such a lovely place to call home.

Very beautiful place with good amenities, 2 Club houses and lots of nature. The office staff is always friendly, especially Lisa who is so kind and attentive, always supporting us and helping us in the best way possible. Quick access to the I-4, Publix and Celebration schools. We definitely recommend this.

We are a retired couple who moved here after selling our house. We are enjoying everything about living here. The greenery and landscaping are relaxing. The location is convenient. The apartment and it's layout and amenities are well thought out. It's unexpectedly quiet. Best of all are the people. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The office staff are amazing. Ali guided us through the application and move-in with great knowledge and patience. She's terrific. We feel lucky to have found Evander Square Apartments.

Since we started our journey in Florida, we have lived in Evander Square, the team has always been very attentive, especially Lisa, very professional and always giving us all the support, our best experience was when we decided to move to a bigger apartment, she was fundamental in this process. My family is very happy with this season here at Evander Square and we have lived here for over 2 years. We definitely recommend this place!

I have had only wonderful experiences with the staff at Evander Square Apartments. From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. In particular Ali in the office. She is always so kind and warm and helpful. The maintenance staff is also so efficient and courteous. The staff at Evander Square Apartments are a joy to work with.

We loved living in Evander, only reason we left was to purchase a home. Our in-laws still live there now and we all love its proximity to walking trails and nature. It’s so peaceful. Alirangela is one of the best leasing staff I’ve had the pleasure to work with, helping us with both move in and move out. She is very professional and organized, making everything painless. The maintenance guys are wonderful and timely, I’m gonna miss them!

I had a great experience living here for around 2 years. The office staff is very responsive and the maintenance staff are incredibly attentive. Huge shout out to Robert and Ivan for being so kind and helpful! Really enjoyed living here and was honestly sad to have to move. Highly recommend renting here!
