This fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment features custom-made furniture, a spacious layout, high ceilings, and high-end appliances. The fully upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances. You will also have access to the outdoor pool in the adjacent building. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request. Free street parking is available in front of the property on a first come, first served basis. The apartment is located in the most desirable neighborhood of New Orleans, half a block away from St. Charles Ave and steps away from Magazine St, which offers amazing restaurants and local flavors. The St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) will take you straight down to the French Quarter, and Harrah's New Orleans casino is located a mile from the apartment. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the trusted partner before booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the trusted partner's approval before booking. We may use video surveillance in public areas.
