Conveniently located close to dining, shopping, and beachside activities, the condo is just 9 miles from Naval Live Oaks Reservation. Enjoy nearby Adventure Beach watersport rentals and Adventure Cove Waterpark on the Soundside. The property has a security camera/recording device installed outside for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction.
