Elegantly furnished with practicality in mind, this spacious 1-bedroom suite includes a built-in office desk, wireless high-speed Internet, local telephone, a dedicated underground parking space, and in-suite washer and dryer. A king-size bed with a walk-through style closet to the bathroom makes this a very lovely en-suite. The contemporary kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and provides all the convenience of modern technology. Ample counter space makes preparing food a pleasure. Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. Parking garage clearance is 6 feet 10 inches and maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Victoria is the busy, vibrant, and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada, and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation, there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request, but this is not guaranteed. Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are non-smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. Bike storage is available and must be arranged through a trusted partner. Building amenities may sometimes be down for service and this is out of our control. There is no Wi-Fi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by a partner. Minimum 30-night rental.
