Walk to great local eateries, cafes, and bars within a 5-minute walk just North or South of the condo on 8th Ave. Rideshares from Uber, Lyft, and Earth Rides are readily available. The MTA buses run all over Metro Nashville, and Nashville’s bicycle sharing program is also available. The studio complex was built in the 1950s and its age is starting to show. There is potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you.
