The shared laundry room and tandem driveway parking for 2-3 cars add convenience to your stay. Situated just east of Sunset Cliffs Blvd, this cottage is a breezy stroll away from vibrant restaurants, charming shops, and the stunning beach at the end of Newport Ave. Ocean Beach is known for its laid-back vibe and dog-friendly beaches, offering surfing, tide pool exploration, and relaxation on the sand. The historic Ocean Beach Pier is a popular spot for fishing and sunset views. Nearby attractions include San Diego International Airport (4.1 miles), San Diego Zoo (8.8 miles), SeaWorld (2.6 miles), and Downtown Gaslamp District (7.6 miles). Although self-check-in is provided for a contactless experience, assistance is available for any questions prior to and during your stay. The property includes two other cottages, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property. Guests are required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document online prior to staying. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 8:00. Violating strict rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund and immediate eviction. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a fine of $500. Excess trash must be removed, and dishes washed before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows locked before leaving.
