Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen for preparing delicious meals, an open living room for relaxing evenings, and a dining area that seats eight, ideal for family meals or game nights. The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the other three bedrooms each have full beds, making them perfect for an extended family or friends’ getaway. Each room is fully furnished, providing ample storage and comfort for all guests. The primary bathroom includes a bath-shower combo for quick rinses or relaxing soaks, while the other two bathrooms each feature spacious walk-in showers. All bathrooms are stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for your convenience. We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities. To maintain efficiency and effectiveness, the AC will not operate with doors open. Ensure all doors are closed when the AC is running. Keep the umbrellas closed when not in use to prevent damage and ensure safety during windy conditions. Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available, allowing access to the property at your leisure, day or night. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property.
