Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Guests never have to get back in their car upon arrival. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. If guests are out, dogs must be kenneled. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
