We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Additional charges apply for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this property places you within minutes of top attractions, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Discovery Place Science, Carowinds Amusement Park, Billy Graham Library, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Spectrum Center, SouthPark Mall, Bank of America Stadium, Camp North End, NoDa (North Davidson Arts District), Plaza Midwood, and Freedom Park. Quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise levels exceeding 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes will result in a $2,500 fine and immediate removal from the property without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. The townhouse includes a dedicated work station with a standing desk, perfect for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi at 300+ Mbps is ideal for streaming, remote work, or video calls. A laptop computer is not included.
