Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, with a risk of a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will incur a $150 fine for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. The suite is equipped with high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection MID-STAY CLEANING For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
