With a nearby supermarket, great restaurants, and various stores, everything you need is within reach. Guests will climb a few stairs to the front door and enter using a digital keypad. Inside, the modern living room offers comfortable accommodations during the day and can transform into a sleeping space with the sofa bed at night. The fully equipped kitchen and well-appointed dining room are accessible through the living room. The home features four bedrooms and an open room converted into an extra sleeping space. Two bedrooms, each with two full beds, are located upstairs along with a full bathroom. The main level houses the additional two bedrooms, the open room, and two full bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a BBQ and patio furniture. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged. Conveniently located in a residential area, this house offers easy access to major highways and interstates. It's within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Alabama State University, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A digital door code allows for contact-free check-in, and the hosts are available by phone if needed.
