This single-level home with a private entrance sleeps four, with two bedrooms, two beds, and one bath. This home features a full kitchen, a comfy living area, and a patio for laid-back outdoor time. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience during longer stays. Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site and free street parking is available. This is a pet-friendly apartment. Set in one of Orlando's most sought-after areas, this home is surrounded by a charming, historic feel and a welcoming community atmosphere. Edgewater Drive, known for its boutique shops and cafes, is moments away. You're just 5 minutes from Winter Park Village, 10 minutes from Amway Center and Camping World Stadium, and about 20 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive. A pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Includes a dedicated workspace.
