Looking for a stylish getaway home? Feel at home in this beautiful, relaxing home in College Park, one of Orlando's best neighborhoods. This home features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, free washer/dryer, and spacious outdoor dining areas. The kitchen provides salt, pepper, and cooking oil for use. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, there are enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available. A pet fee is applied for one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified). This home is moments away from craft beer bars and breweries. Winter Park Village is 5 minutes away, Amway Center and Camping World Stadium are 10 minutes away, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive are 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is a sought-after area known for its charming, historic feel, tree-lined streets, and proximity to downtown Orlando. College Park is known for a mix of mid-century homes, boutique shops, and cafes along Edgewater Drive, making it a popular choice for professionals and families. Additionally, it’s located near downtown Orlando, offering easy access to urban amenities while retaining a suburban feel. Check-out time is 10 am. Staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
