There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. This home is not baby-proofed. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please remove shoes indoors. Be considerate of neighbors regarding noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. The comfortable living area provides a dedicated workspace when needed.
