Located just 4 miles from Nashville's Lower Broadway and all the famous honky-tonks, getting around is easy with ride shares, and the city also offers rentable scooters for quick trips. Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, and The Ryman are all just minutes away. Nearby places of interest include Jack's Bar-B-Que (4-minute drive), Dutch Bros Coffee (4-minute drive), 5th & Taylor (11-minute drive), Tennessee State Museum (11-minute drive), and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park (11-minute drive). All guests must be 21 with the exception of children with their parents. There are no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are outside of our control; please purchase travel insurance for coverage. This is a strictly no-pet home. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability with fees applying and varying depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60.
