You'll be 10 miles from Miami International Airport, 5 miles from the Mall of Americas and the University of Miami, and 2 miles from Kendall Hospital. Transportation platforms such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as this house is located in a residential area. To keep the house clean, please follow the trash schedule: take out trash Sunday–Wednesday 4 PM – 5 PM and bring the trash in Monday–Thursday, 11 AM – 1 PM.
