Come and feel at home in this newly remodeled, stylish home featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This home offers a living room, dining room, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a free washer and dryer, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers, and a fire pit with string lights. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make a delicious meal. You'll be in the center of it all, moments away from craft beer bars, a brewery, AdventHealth Orlando, the Science Center, and the Museum of Art. Winter Park Village is 5 minutes away, Downtown Orlando and the Amway Center and Camping World Stadium are 10 minutes away, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive are 20 minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 6. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation, and up to 3 cars may park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
