The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a grill and loungers, and a fire pit with string lights for a cozy evening ambiance. Guests can enjoy the use of a free washer and dryer during their stay. Please note that propane for the grills and fire pit is provided by the guests, with tanks available at the house for refilling. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this home offers easy access to various attractions and amenities. Whether you're exploring the local craft beer scene or visiting nearby museums, you'll find plenty to do. The convenient location ensures you're never far from the excitement of Orlando's top destinations. This property offers self check-in and check-out for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Please be aware that no smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and the maximum occupancy is six guests. No third-party bookings are permitted unless agreed upon in writing, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight. Up to three cars may park in the driveway. Respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home and report damages immediately. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
