Welcome to Tampa Bungalow, a charming historic 1920s home that invites you to feel at home while exploring everything Tampa has to offer. This spacious yet cozy bungalow features three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, dedicated office spaces, a front porch swing, a game room, and an abundance of natural light. Enjoy the original charm and modern upgrades throughout the home. You’ve found your new home away from home, where you can rest and recharge while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Upon entering this blissful bungalow, you'll notice the large original windows and beautiful woodwork throughout. The sleek furniture gives the space a modern-day feel. The home features a relaxing living room, large dining room, an original built-in reading bench, a dedicated game room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and extra towels, ensuring you're fully set up for a perfect stay. The property offers a dedicated parking spot in the driveway, and if you pull all the way forward under the carport, you should be able to fit two cars. Additional parking is available on the street, which is usually free in front of the home. Located just one block from Florida Ave., this home is in the highly sought-after historic district of Seminole Heights. The quiet cobblestone streets make it perfect for an evening stroll to local restaurants or bars. Known as the foodie district of Tampa, Seminole Heights is central to all Tampa has to offer. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, or take a short drive to downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, and Armature Works. The Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, International Mall, and Raymond James Stadium are just a 10-15 minute drive away. Florida's tropical environment means occasional encounters with local wildlife, including insects. The home is well-maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional sightings may occur. The bungalow, with its 1920s charm, may not be suitable for everyone. There are 3-4 stairs to enter and exit the home, which may affect those with special accessibility needs. The washer and dryer are located outside on the back porch and are shared with two additional guest homes on the property. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. No smoking inside the home; evidence of smoking will result in an $800 fee for air remediation and cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay cleaning will incur a $100 fee. This is a community, not a hotel, so please respect the property and keep it reasonably clean before you leave. Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges. The home includes dedicated workspace for those working remotely, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a seamless work-from-home experience.
