The home includes massage chaise loungers in both upstairs and downstairs primary bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-house laundry, and central AC with an EcoBee smart thermostat. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Guests enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, community pool, arcade, tennis courts, and more. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is any time after 4 PM till 10 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Smoking on the property incurs a $300 penalty, and parties are fully prohibited.
