Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, in-house laundry, central AC with an EcoBee smart thermostat, a waffle station with a toaster and 3 waffle irons, and a coffee station. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, air fryer, blender, mixer, teapot, pots, pans, utensils, and a microwave. For entertainment, there are DVD/Blu-Ray players and 4K Smart TVs in every bedroom, plus games, books, and DVDs for your stay. Enjoy a private heated pool for an additional $30 fee per day, please request in advance. Parking is free for up to 4 vehicles. Guests enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, community pool, arcade, tennis courts, and more, all within a secure, gated community with 24/7 security. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to the property. Check-in is any time after 4 PM till 10 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
