A new pier is currently under construction near the property and is expected to continue through some time in 2026, so occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
