This apartment is located right in the middle of the South Strand, located just next door to Surfside Beach. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the 4th Thursday of each month. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering. A fine may be applied if entry is refused.
