The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig K cup. The living room offers a variety of seating options and a smart TV. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board, beach toys, a beach cart, and a cooler with refreezable ice packs are provided for use at the beach. For families, a pack 'n' play, stroller, high chair, and kids’ dinnerware are available. Enjoy access to HOA amenities such as the pools, hot tub, kids splash pad, playground, tennis courts, bocce ball court, and pickle ball court. A 6-seater golf cart is available for $450 per stay. Surfside Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is 15 minutes away, The Pier at Garden City is 10 minutes away, Tupelo Bay Golf Center is 7 minutes away, and Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is 15 minutes away. This is a nice HOA neighborhood with great neighbors, so please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, during which time noise must be kept below 65 db. There is a noise detector installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties/events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 8 guests. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Golf cart use is strictly limited to guests who have paid the additional fee. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed indoors.
