Enjoy the convenience of the Keurig K cup. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stunning dining table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. The living room creates a charming setting for socializing, offering a variety of seating options to accommodate the entire family. This inviting space provides plenty of room for both friends and family to partake in traditional board games or cozy up and enjoy a movie on the smart TV. Connecting to your preferred streaming service through your personal account ensures that entertainment is conveniently at your fingertips. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board, beach toys, a beach cart, a beach wagon and a cooler with refreezable ice packs are available for your enjoyment. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations this home allows for eight guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. There is a Ring camera at the front door and active security cameras located at the front of the house and inside the garage for safety and security.
