Feel at home in this newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. Situated on the ground floor, this unit is perfect for families, large companies, or working professionals and features floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and two entrances: one private entrance directly from the street with a private terrace, and a second one from the building. This comfortable suite has everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer with supplies are available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more), and a travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $10 per night for one pet; please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The minimum age for booking is 18 years. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice and will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. According to the condo rules, information about all guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required), and a selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the partner has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee.
