Feel at home in this newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. Situated on the ground floor, this unit is perfect for families, large companies, or working professionals and features two entrances: one private entrance directly from the street with a private terrace, and the second one from the building. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This bright unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and an open concept layout. The comfortable suite has everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer with supplies are also available, as is a bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries that you may have forgotten. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night, or $10 CAD per night for bookings of 15 nights or more. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per pet per night; please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500 CAD. If smoking occurs inside, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. The partner has a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform the partner in advance. The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify the partner remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the partner has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. According to the condo rules, the condo management must be provided with information about guests prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests must send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building.
