The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, cookware, and plenty of counter space. Relax in the cozy living room with plush seating and a smart TV. Enjoy the private heated pool and outdoor seating area in the fully fenced backyard, complete with a BBQ grill. This home also includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Centrally located near the airport and refineries, this home offers easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will be collected after booking. All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk, and constant supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. We do not provide life jackets or any floatation devices. Guests are welcome to bring their own approved safety gear. Children and individuals not proficient in swimming are strongly encouraged to use life jackets while in the pool. The pool availability is subject to HOA guidelines and repair schedules. We will do our best to communicate beforehand of any potential closures by the HOA. Please consider the weather conditions before deciding to swim.
