Get ready for the ultimate summer escape in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps up to 10. Feel at home in this vacation rental designed for comfort, fun, and easy summer living. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker (drip + Keurig), blender, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishware for all ages. The cozy living area offers comfy seating, a large Smart TV, and an open-concept layout. The garage has been converted into a fun zone game room with comfy seating, a massive Smart TV, a ping pong table, a foosball table, a classic arcade machine, and an assortment of board games and cards. Additional amenities include central A/C and heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and keyless entry. Family-friendly touches like a pack 'n play, high chair, and kids’ dinnerware are available upon request. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per stay per pet, with a maximum of either one large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy, and pet fees must be paid. To help you settle in, a starter pack of essentials is provided, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started, and any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
