Sleeping arrangements include a king bed + ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 1, a king bed + Jack & Jill bathroom in Bedroom 2, two queen beds + ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 3, two twin beds + Jack & Jill bathroom in Bedroom 4, two bunk beds (twin over full) in Bedroom 5, a queen bed in Bedroom 6, and a quad bunk (4 twins) in Bedroom 7. With 4.5 bathrooms throughout the home, your group will have plenty of space. Private chef experiences and pre-arrival grocery delivery are available. On-site parking is provided in a heated garage that can accommodate 2 full-size SUVs, and the driveway can accommodate up to 5 full-size SUVs. Street parking is not allowed due to neighborhood restrictions. A high chair or Pack ’n Play can be arranged upon request. This luxurious ski property sits in the heart of the White Mountains in South Peak near Lincoln, NH, just at the base of Loon Mountain and a few steps away from the ski resort. The charming town of Woodstock, with its quaint shops, cozy cafes, lively breweries, and exceptional dining options, is just minutes away. The location also offers convenient access to Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain. To maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. Pets are not permitted, and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet and potential eviction.
