Entertainment is abundant with two living rooms, one featuring a see-through fireplace connecting both spaces, comfortable sofas that can convert into beds, Smart TVs, board games, puzzles, comfy sofa chairs, coffee tables with reading lamps, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. The lower level game room offers a lounge seating area, a pool table, a poker table, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with modern appliances, spacious countertops, an island with seating for 5, and adjacent dining area seating for 10. It includes a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, double-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink with hot and cold water, along with plates, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. All bedrooms are equipped with premium mattresses, linens, storage, closets with hangers and shelves, dressers, and night stands with reading lamps. The home features five full bathrooms and a half bath, stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels, including walk-in showers, bathtubs with showers, vanities, mirrors, and toilets. On-site parking is provided. For families, a high chair or Pack 'n Play can be arranged upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog, with prior approval. Ski in/ski out access is available, and guests can ski directly onto the mountain on weekends and glide back to the front door during ski season. The location offers countless hiking trails, easy walking access to South Peak, and is within reach of the charming town of Lincoln, with its cozy restaurants, craft breweries, and local shops. Convenient access to Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain is also available. This is a strictly smoke-free chalet. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. To maintain tranquility, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited, and policy violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. For winter travel, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points; there are no cameras in interior spaces.
