The large kitchen features modern appliances and a spacious dining area, while the living room offers a flat-screen 4K smart TV and a grand wood fireplace. Enjoy the game room with a pool table, extra lounge space, and flat-screen TV, or relax in the beautiful outdoor space with a stone fire pit, huge deck, and Weber grill. High-speed Wi-Fi and a designated workspace ensure you can stay connected during your stay. Pets are welcome with a charge of $250 per pet for your stay. Free on-site parking is available, and the base rate is based on up to 16 guests, with additional guests allowed for $50 each per night up to a maximum of 28 guests. Smoking is prohibited within the premises, and evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and a $2,000 fine. Dogs must be well-behaved, fully house-trained, and kept on a leash while outside the property. Please ensure that dogs are crated when left alone inside the house. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs both inside and outside the property, and pets should remain off furniture and beds. Check-in is seamless with a custom keypad entry code provided on the day of your arrival.
