Two-car driveway is available. Located on a quiet residential street 3 minutes north of downtown, this apartment is near Over the Rhine, Cincinnati's food and entertainment district, downtown, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Zoo, Cincinnati Art Museum, Contemporary Art Museum, Andrew J Brady Music Center, Great American Ballpark, TQL Stadium (FC Cincinnati), Bengals Stadium (Paycor Stadium), Aquarium, Riverbend Music Center, Kings Island Theme Park, and Creation Museum. Most of the residents on the block are owner-occupants. Since this property is just a 3-minute drive to Over the Rhine and downtown, you can easily drive or Uber/Lyft to anything. Once you are in downtown or Over the Rhine, everything is walkable, plus you can use the Streetcar for free and you'll find plenty of easily rentable Redbikes and scooters. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair will incur a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
