Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed indoors. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards staff will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300-$500 may be collected. Guests booking same-day or from the local area, or those with negative or no reviews, may be required to sign a contract, put an ID on file, and pay a security deposit.
