The house offers a spacious floor plan with a dining room for eight, a living room with large couches, and an open kitchen that is fully equipped. Downstairs, you'll find a game room and pool area, while upstairs includes a lounge area with a large smart TV and a laundry room. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Pool and spa heating are available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum. A small charcoal grill is provided upon request, free of charge, but must be requested before arrival. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, please contact the host. Small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 fee per pet, except for legal service dogs with proper documentation. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway and up to two cars in the garage, with overflow parking 250 feet away.
