Stairs must be taken throughout the complex to get to the front door and parking, and the complex does not have any elevators or luggage carts. With vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, a full modern kitchen, and chic coastal decor, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived at a 5-star resort. Relax by the decorative fireplace, gather around the large dining table, enjoy TV and Wi-Fi, or fire up the barbecue. In-unit laundry adds convenience to your stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils. Spices, oil, or anything perishable are not stocked. For longer rentals (30 days or longer) the guest will be responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. Be on the sand in minutes via a convenient staircase just down the street. This apartment has an outstanding location just minutes from the Solana Beach shoreline, Fletcher Cove, the Cedros Design District, and the famous Belly Up Tavern, as well as an array of local restaurants. There is no AC in this unit, but being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. For remote work, it is recommended to have a hot spot. This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around, and construction or noise from neighbors is possible. Includes a desk in the den. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests, but supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.
