Failure to do so will result in a city citation and a $300 fee will be charged to the guest. Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates, but it is advised to coordinate deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
