Ideal for families, couples, and groups, the property boasts a large private fenced backyard, BBQ and outdoor dining, and three spacious bedrooms in a tranquil neighborhood close to Miami's best. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample storage, smart TV, and lots of natural light. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two single-size beds, all with ample storage and natural light. The fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster has everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay. The spacious living area features plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six. The outdoor space is beautifully designed with dining and seating areas, fully fenced for complete privacy. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of pet number and weight is required. Convenient parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles. We offer concierge services to our guests, including boat rentals, chef services, and massages, arranged upon request. Housekeeping during your stay is available upon request and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. Located in Miami's Design District, a lively neighborhood that’s all about creativity and style, you can stroll through streets lined with high-end boutiques, trendy cafes, and incredible art galleries. Enjoy a bite at a chic eatery or sip a cocktail under the stars – the Design District is your perfect playground for fashion, food, and fun. Wynwood is just a 5-minute drive, Downtown Miami is 13 minutes away, Miami International Airport is 5 miles, Hard Rock Stadium is a 15-minute drive, and Miami Beach is 10 miles away. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. The property adheres to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. The property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without approval. Subletting is not permitted. Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.
