Convenient parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles. Welcome to Miami's Design District, a lively neighborhood that’s all about creativity and style. Stroll through streets lined with high-end boutiques, trendy cafes, and incredible art galleries, where there’s always something new to discover. Enjoy a bite at a chic eatery or sip a cocktail under the stars. The Design District is your perfect playground for fashion, food, and fun. Wynwood is just a 5-minute drive, Downtown Miami is a 13-minute drive, Miami International Airport is 5 miles away, Hard Rock Stadium is a 15-minute drive, and Miami Beach is 10 miles away. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Early and late options may be available upon inquiry. The property has a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction. The spacious living area features plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for five. There's also a convenient desk workstation, perfect for getting a little work done during your stay. Includes WiFi, smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. A laptop computer is not included. We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
