You'll also find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, and a welcome basket with snacks and Keurig K-Cups. Pets are welcome with applicable pet fees. Enjoy quick access to Rome and Cartersville, Rome's Historic Downtown with boutique shops, cafes, and a thriving arts scene, the Etowah Indian Mounds with rich Native American history, Kingston Reservoir perfect for fishing, boating and picnics, Red Top Mountain State Park for hiking, swimming, and camping, and Lake Allatoona for water sports and scenic views. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Pets require prior approval before check-in. Guests must contact us in advance to discuss their pet’s stay. Additional cleaning fees are charged for excess hair, dander, or odor. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Failure to disclose an ESA before arrival results in applicable pet and cleaning fees being charged upon discovery, if not after check-out, and may impact the reservation. For stays of 40–60 nights, a mid‑stay clean is required (linens and toiletries replenished; personal belongings not included). For stays over 60 nights, a Deep Clean replaces the standard checkout clean—more comprehensive for long stays. Any mid‑stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately, on top of the standard cleaning fee.
