The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new tile flooring, a dining area, and fully stocked kitchen essentials. There is also a propane grill for outdoor cooking and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is also provided. Children and pets are welcome with pet fees that apply. The daily pet fee is an occupancy fee, not damage protection. For 29 or more nights, the fee is $10 per pet, per night. For 7-28 nights, the fee is $15 per pet, per night. For 1-6 nights, the fee is $25 per pet, per night. There is a 2-car garage and driveway parking. The single-story entry doors are wheelchair-friendly, but the interior doorways may not fit all mobility aids, and the beds are slightly elevated. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Cartersville, 12 minutes from Barnsley Resort, and 30 minutes to LakePoint Station, this modern home offers easy access to the best of the area. This is a non-smoking property, and events are not permitted. Pets are considered and require approval before check-in. Please contact us directly to discuss your pet's stay. Upon approval, the fee is collected. For stays of 40–60 nights, a mid‑stay clean is required (linens and toiletries replenished; personal belongings not included). Scheduling is flexible, and guest presence isn’t necessary. For stays over 60 nights, a Deep Clean replaces the standard checkout clean—more comprehensive for long stays. The standard cleaning fee—charged at booking—only covers the initial checkout clean. Any mid‑stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately, on top of that fee.
