Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for reservations of 3 to 21 nights, and propane grilling is permitted on the deck only. Located in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers easy access to miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Enjoy proximity to Charleston and Myrtle Beach, just an hour and 45 minutes away, respectively. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2, and 1 golf cart.
