Our Pawleys Island, SC 2-story, 4BR/3.5BA 2-story house with views of Waccamaw River and approx. 1 mile from Ocean is for Weekly vacation rentals (Sat to Sat) ONLY for $2500/week & with house owners and 1 cat living there (shared quarters). 3 weeks for $4500 and paid in advance. Only the upstairs & some downstairs 3BR/2.5BA portion of our house is available for weekly vacation rent and sleeps 6 max. 1 king bed in 1 upstairs BR, 1 full bed in upstairs 2BR & 1 full bed futon in den. 2.5 full baths with shower, vanity, toilet and bathtub. $2500/week via credit card and show valid drivers license to owner.
