About 245 Navigators Dr #NA
The property is being listed by owner and is available fully furnished for a 6-8 month lease starting Oct 1st. This is perfect for a snowbird rental or someone looking to rent while they are building or exploring the area to buy. Rent includes utilities, hi-speed internet, and trash. Master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and walk in closet. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom is currently used as a home office and a twin bed can be added to this space as well. YouTube TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Peacock and Prime available on the living room TV where you can enjoy our very comfortable L shaped couch. The screened in patio has a swinging day bed for peaceful afternoon naps and 2 very comfortable chairs. There is a small deck next to the screened in porch with Weber BBQ grill. Large kitchen has plenty of counter space and room to prep and fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is a large pantry with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bicycles in an outside storage closet along with beach chairs. All towels and linens are also included with your rental. There is no HOA so you can bring your boat or RV with room to park on the side of the house. There is a new home currently under construction on the lot next to us so expect some construction noise. During your stay, you will have use of our gas powered golf cart. We are located less than 2 miles (5 mins by cart) from Pawleys Island Beach. You can also use the cart to go to 3 different grocery stores, several restaurants and Gilberts Ice Cream Shop. There are some local restrictions. Carts can only be used on roads with posted speed limits 35 miles per hour of less and no carts after sundown. Driver must have a valid driver's license and obey all traffic laws. Pawleys Island beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Within five miles of the island there are approximately ten first-rate golf courses and a large tennis complex. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are three fine launch boat ramps. Pawleys is a family beach where you can enjoy crabbing off a crab dock, shelling, biking and canoeing or kayaking. The ambiance is laid back. Our town speed limit is 25 mph, making it as safe as possible for the many users of the road including golf carts. During high tide explore the salt marsh with your own kayak or rent one. Swimming, fishing and sunning are the main activities of the day. Night life consists of dining out, long conversations on screened porches, shopping in a mainland boutique or strolling the beach. Owner will pay water, electric, hi speed internet, and trash removal. Owner will collect 1st and last months rent along with 1 month deposit. Background and credit check required. Total due will be $9600. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $250 nonrefundable deposit. This is for a 6-8 month lease available October 1st.
