The first floor includes a pull-out sofa, a 55" Smart TV, and a small kitchenette. Additional hospital amenities like a rollaway bed and hospital bed are available upon request. The second floor offers a small living room with a Smart TV, a full kitchen, a queen bed, and a full ensuite bathroom. Note that no dishwasher is provided. Pets are welcome, and you'll have access to the backyard area for your pets to use. Parking is free in the driveway or in the attached garage. For stays beyond 30 days, a $200 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, electric, trash, and gas applies. Additional services include private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations. Located just a 15-minute walk to Fairmount District Restaurants and Shopping, and a 5-minute drive to Cleveland Clinic and University Circle, this home is perfectly situated. It's a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Coventry main street, and more. Enjoy the vibrant neighborhood with local favorites like Zhug, The Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, with any outside droppings put in the garbage and kitty litter boxes kept clean and disposed of on checkout. The home must be left in the same condition as received upon check-in. There is a security camera facing towards the main house, but no cameras inside the unit. Guests will use the private driveway to enter the unit. In this area of Cleveland Heights, it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured, a thorough cleaning is done before each guest arrives, and all precautions are taken to ensure that pests do not enter the house.
