The second floor boasts tall windows that flood the space with natural light, a big Smart TV for entertainment, and a dining room that seats 4, connecting to an eat-in kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, cookware, and more, perfect for preparing meals. Relax with your morning coffee on the porch. On the second floor, you'll find a queen bed and a full bed, with ceiling fans in each bedroom and AC units set up during the summer. Head up the back staircase to the third floor, where there's a private bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower/claw-foot tub, and a suite area with 1 full bed and 1 twin. Guests have access to laundry facilities located in the basement, shared with first-floor tenants. There is a 3-car detached garage to share, with plenty of driveway space. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., but cars must be in the driveway overnight to avoid tickets. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets negotiable. The cleaning fee is negotiable and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Nestled in a fabulous neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance to the Van Aken Shopping District, offering local goodies, dining spots, and shopping. Local grocery stores are nearby, and you can easily take the RTA Rapid to Tower City and downtown Cleveland. The area is perfectly situated between downtown Cleveland and University Circle, providing a short drive to dining, shopping, fitness, golf, and more. WiFi is shared with first-floor tenants, but connectivity should not be an issue. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access the laundry facilities in the basement. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. No smoking is permitted, and pets must be approved before booking. Be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the first floor. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $400 monthly utility cap, with reimbursement required for overages exceeding $25. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage reimbursement, except for WiFi and security system. A credit card authorization form will be provided upon check-in. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
