I’ve lived at Addis View since August of 2023 and it’s pretty nice, spacious and cozy. Overall my experiences with the leasing office’s Lisa and Guenet have been great they are both so helpful and make you feel right at home. I was a little anxious moving to Cleveland but these two have been super helpful with the transition and helping me move in. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are circulating around the car break ins recently and petty theft which unfortunately comes with living in Cleveland. Crime especially does tend to surge in the summer and dwindles down in the colder months but ultimately we do live in a major city. The complex does offer a parcel pending service where the deliver can place your package in a locked locker and the building is key fob access only making it really safe! Overall safety is pretty good here I feel safe walking to and from school/work. All in all if you’re looking for a place to settle down whether you’re a student or working- professional Addis view is perfect in terms of value, safety, and comfort.
