Whether you're here for work, relocation, or a city getaway, this location puts you close to it all—Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Tyler Perry Studios, and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport are all easily accessible. Most guests find having a car the easiest way to get around, with quick access to major roads like I-285 and I-20. Several MARTA bus lines run along Cascade Road, connecting you to MARTA rail stations and other major parts of Atlanta. Rideshare services are widely available and typically arrive in minutes. The area is becoming increasingly bike- and scooter-friendly, especially with access to the nearby Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail. The home is less than 20 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, making arrivals and departures easy. All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in to verify identity and provide check-in instructions. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay. The home is equipped with noise and smoke detectors that monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for safety and protection. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be charged. Parties are not allowed, but production shoots and photo shoots are permitted with prior written approval from the host.
