The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, indoor dining area, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated laptop-friendly workspace under the stairs make it ideal for feasting, lounging, and gathering. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee, which needs to be booked in advance. Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for $55. A Pack ‘N Play crib and a highchair are available for a one-time charge of $40 each. Nestled in the quiet and family-friendly Chatham Park community, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Located just minutes from the vibrant heart of Kissimmee, Chatham Park is a well-maintained residential neighborhood known for its peaceful atmosphere, scenic walking trails, and proximity to major Orlando attractions. Whether you're heading to Disney World, exploring local parks, or enjoying nearby shopping and dining at The Loop or Old Town, you’ll find everything within easy reach. The neighborhood also features community amenities like a pool, playgrounds, and green spaces—perfect for travelers looking for a relaxing home base close to the action. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. The second twin bed in Bedroom 3 is a pull-out. Guest ID verification is required for all reservations. Includes a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace under the stairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for movie nights and binge sessions. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
