I toured the property, and it is gorgeous! I love how close Publix is. My commute to work us very convenient. I am looking forward to all the wonderful amenities. Sara Goldsmith has been extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and any concerns I have had. She went above and beyond to help me find a unit. I've never received such personalized care from any community before. Thank you for all you do, Sara and the Lucent team Update: I've been here for a year now. We have seen a few new faces join the staff, and others have left. As far as some of the amenities, yes, it has taken time for the property to provide them as advertised. But the coffee bar is here, and they are setting up the market. I also like that concierge is here, they make it easy to get information and packages. A few things I would like to see: More resident meetings, community hall type. Adding speed bumps in the parking lot would also help make it safer for everyone. As a community, can we all try and do better about picking up after our pets? It would be awesome if we had an on staff chef. They could have a simple menu every week. Maybe like salads and sandwiches. Or have breakfast offerings? Smoothies? It would also be nice if we had some of the morning events earlier, I for one leave early for work, so I don't usually get to experience the coffee bar or the other morning events. -I still really love living here. Like anything, it takes time to work out any hiccups.

We've been living in this community since September 2023 and it has truly become a place we love calling home. The building itself is modern, luxurious, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. From the beautiful common areas to the attentive maintenance staff, everything here makes daily living so much more enjoyable. Recently, we had an issue with pests, and I can't thank the management team enough for their quick response. The new manager, Emely, in particular, has been amazing! She took immediate action, communicated clearly, and ensured I felt heard and the issue was completely resolved. Her professionalism and care for the residents really stand out, making us feel valued and supported. We truly appreciate living in such a well-maintained, beautiful community with such a wonderful team. Thank you to Emely and the entire maintenance team for making this a great place to live!
