This spacious yet cozy apartment is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time. Located on the 1st floor, it features four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, dining areas, and a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. Enjoy access to a community pool and a nearby gym. A one-time pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not exceeding 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply, including any percentage, mixture, or combination of certain breeds. Service animals must adhere to the same rules concerning noise, conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from fees, weight allowances, and breed restrictions. An un-leashed pet fee of $50 per occurrence and a pet waste pick-up fee of $50 per occurrence apply. Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area. Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island. The prime location near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 ensures ease of commuting and access to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of eight guests is allowed at any given time, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation, and parking is available in spaces labeled 'Visitor'. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and additional guidelines are posted within the home. Trash must be disposed of properly, and failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and may incur a fee of $350.
