Equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time, this apartment features a full kitchen, dining areas, a comfy living area, and a free washer and dryer. The living area is large enough to accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for sharing meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 5 minutes away (2.2 mi), MOSI is 8 minutes away (4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes away (4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park is 10 minutes away (5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes away (5.9 mi). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but sunscreen and bug spray are recommended. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation and can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor" spread throughout the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am.
