Level 2 features the "LOVER" room with a custom floating queen bed and attached Jack and Jill full bath, the "FOLKLORE" room with a custom queen bed and attached Jack and Jill bath, and the "RED" master bedroom with a custom-built king bed, two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, an ensuite master bath, and an additional flex area with twin over twin bunks and a twin trundle. Level 3 offers a half bath and rooftop patio. Pups are welcome with a $200 pet fee, but please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees. This home is conveniently located just 4 miles away from Broadway and close to everything that Nashville has to offer, making it a great location to explore the city and its wonderful attractions.
