The kitchen is fully stocked with a double‑door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, microwave, and built-in dishwasher. Enjoy the private backyard hot tub or head up to the rooftop patio to take in stunning panoramic views of the city skyline. The living room features cozy, Taylor Swift art-forward decor with warm leather sofas, a sleek fireplace, a bold mural, and sunlit windows. The kitchen is bright and contemporary, centered around a sunlit island with woven orange bar stools and stainless appliances. Pups are welcome with a $250 pet fee per stay. Please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability with fees starting at $60. Parking is available in the 2-car garage. Please do not park on the street, as that can result in being ticketed or towed. This home is just 4 miles away from Broadway and conveniently close to everything that Nashville has to offer. Nearby places of interest include Butchertown Hall, Redheaded Stranger, The Optimist, Tennessee State Museum, and Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum. All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents. No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are outside of our control; please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Please place all trash in trash bags and place it in the brown trash can outside the front door. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
