Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $200 pet fee. Located in The Nations, one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, Tennessee, this home is close to local restaurants, breweries, boutique shopping, and coffee shops. West Park is practically across the street. Red Bicycle Coffee and Bringles BBQ are a 15-minute walk. L & L Market is a 4-minute drive. It is located 14 miles from the BNA Airport, or a 22-minute drive. Broadway, The Gulch, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena and 12 South Shopping are also a short drive away. Guests must be 18 years old, with the exception of children with their parents. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and fees apply, with a starting fee of $60. Smoking and parties are not allowed.
