The backyard oasis is fully fenced in and includes a covered pergola, ample green space, and a private hot tub. The true gem of the yard is the huge pool with stonework and landscaping around it. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. House-trained pets are welcome with a surcharge of $150 per pet per stay. This Grand Prairie neighborhood offers a peaceful, suburban setting with convenient access to dining, shopping, and parks. Enjoy nearby attractions like Grand Prairie Premium Outlets and The Epic community center, as well as easy highway access to explore Dallas and surrounding areas. It's ideal for those looking for a quiet escape with the convenience of local amenities, perfect for families or individuals seeking both relaxation and accessibility to city life. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. The nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 6+ guests, the one with 2 queen beds. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, the one with bunk beds. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed at the property. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The hot tub is out of service.
