Feel at home in this spacious ranch, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near the US-80 and Manchester Expwy, about 20 minutes from the Riverwalk, Downtown Columbus, The Cocoa-Cola Space Science Center, and Fort Moore. This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 10 guests. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the dining room is to the left, and the living room is straight ahead. The dining room has a large table with seating for six. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a pub table with two chairs, three countertop barstools, ample counter space, essential cookware, and dinnerware. Off the kitchen are the laundry room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate vanity area, a standup shower, and a large bathtub. To the right of the kitchen is the living room, which features vaulted ceilings, a built-in bookcase, SmartTV, a sofa bed, and a loveseat. The additional three bedrooms are off of the living room. The first and second bedrooms have twin beds and a TV; the third has a queen-size bed and a TV. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and includes a shower/tub combo. Outside, there is a large yard and a patio with a table and chairs. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, driving is encouraged, though Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, or pipes is prohibited in or around the home, and will incur a $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home unless approved in advance. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Guests are asked to remove shoes before entering the home. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
