Feel at home in this newly renovated historic home, just one block from Broadway. With space for 10 guests, this home is perfect for families or friends. With open-concept living and lofted ceilings that add brightness and space, this home is ideal for gatherings. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, large beds, quality linens, and towels. The eat-in kitchen also provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather. There are two bedrooms located on the lower floor. One room has one queen bed, while the other has two full beds. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The two twin beds are up a spiral staircase. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Enjoy walking to coffee at Old Iron Bank, shows at the Springer or the Theater, and more good restaurants and bars. This home is one block from Broadway and two blocks from the Riverwalk, perfect for walking and biking around Columbus. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
